What are credits and how are they charged?
Credits meter AI usage: AI replies, conversation summaries and suggested replies are charged at the selected model's unit price; human chat costs nothing. When the balance runs out the AI pauses (handoff still works) and human support is unaffected.
Will I lose data when my plan expires?
No. There is a 3-day grace period after expiry; after that the service pauses but your data is fully retained, and everything resumes as soon as you renew.
Can I upgrade my plan?
Yes. Upgrades are bought at the new plan's full price with a fresh validity period; remaining benefits of the old plan are not prorated, so upgrading near expiry works best.
